The defense has rested its case in the Norberg trial after a day of damaging testimony against Dr. Alonna Norberg. A key witness denounced many of her claims.
Alonna's husband, Dr. Jon Norberg, is accused of drugging her, then raping her. He will not testify. A psychiatrist who examined Alonna claims she has a long list of mental disorders and says most of her physical illnesses have been made up. Closing arguments could come as soon as tomorrow. If convicted, Dr. Jon Norberg faces up to life in prison.
