Amtrak rail service is back at full strength across northern North Dakota, after service was interrupted two weeks to repair lines damaged by flooding last year.
In Rugby, where passengers endured repairs both east and west of town, city leaders say they're glad the rail line will still connect them to the outside world. Brenda Foster with Rugby Job Development Authority says some of the repairs were scheduled to be completed next year, but that crews took advantage of good weather to get them done early. Adam Ladwig has more.
