It's showtime in Rugby, North Dakota, where city leaders are scrambling to find a way to pay for costly renovations of the town's only movie theater before it's forced to close its doors.

The Centre Cinema has been a staple in Downtown Rugby for 90 years. But the theater needs more than $100,000 in renovations to keep up with changing technology, money that no one has come up with yet. Rugby city leaders have looked to other cities who have kept local theaters in business for ideas. Some are city-owned, some are run by non-profits and some are operated by volunteers. Adam Ladwig has more.
