Former TRF Police Officer Faces Another Charge

Another charge has been filed against a former Thief River Falls Police officer.

Paul Kezar is already facing several charges of receiving stolen property in two different counties.

Those charges are felonies.

Now, Kezar has been charged with another count of felony theft in Pennington county.

The charges stem from an investigation in which Pennington County sheriff's deputies were investigating a stolen lawnmower case and found it had been purchased from Kezar.

Investigators believe Kezar was also involved in the theft and sale of boats, trailers and A-T-Vs.

Kezar was fired from his job as a police officer soon after the charges were filed.
