Locked-out American Crystal Sugar workers voted to reject the company's offer over the weekend. This is the fourth time workers have turned it down and even though many have found other jobs they are still eager to get back to the negotiating table. But how long can this go on?

Locked-out American Crystal Sugar workers voted to reject the company's offer over the weekend. This is the fourth time workers have turned it down and even though many have found other jobs they are still eager to get back to the negotiating table. But how long can this go on?

96 percent rejected the offer in July of last year, 90 percent in October and then 63 percent this June. This weekend's vote was down to 55 percent voting to reject the offer. Workers say some have moved on and gotten other jobs and some have retired or moved away, but many say they would still come back if a fair agreement is reached and that they will keep fighting until something changes. Company executives say the package they are offering is generous and solid and they are moving forward focusing on their business.
