The Win-E-Mac school district is taking a big step to use more technology in the classroom. The district is one of the first in northwestern Minnesota to give high school students their own iPads.

For the first time 10th through 12th graders at Win-E-Mac are given the tablets to use for the entire school year and they are finding even for their everyday school work, there is an app for that. The cost for the school district for the ipads including training and set up was about $150,000.
