Erbert and Gerbert's opened today in Grand Forks with people lining up to eat at the sandwich shop right away. Erbert and Gerbert's specializes in soups and gourmet sandwiches.

Erbert and Gerbert's opened today in Grand Forks with people lining up to eat at the sandwich shop right away. Erbert and Gerbert's specializes in soups and gourmet sandwiches.

Each say the sandwich shop has six or seven gourmet soups to choose from. The shop currently has locations in Fargo-Moorhead, Bismarck and Willmar. Owners say they are happy to bring the business to Grand Forks. Erbert and Gerbert's also delivers and is open from 10:30am to 10 at night.
