Fire Causes $50,000-$75,000 Damage to East Grand Forks Shop

Damage is estimated to be as much as $75,000 for a fire in East Grand Forks last night.
About 20 firefighters battled the blaze near 10th Avenue Northeast in a building that was being used as a shop. Flames were shooting through the roof when firefighters arrived and smoke was billowing from the building for about an hour. There were no injuries and the cause is unknown.
