With temperatures hovering around zero degrees it doesn't take long for exposed skin to suffer frostbite. Throw in windchills near the minus twenty range and the weather can be downright dangerous.
Doctors say high winds make this area especially dangerous in the wintertime if you don't plan ahead. They also say when you get frostbite once, it's much easier for it to occur again in the same area. Kayla Strayer has more.
