Delmore Pleads Guilty in Sex Case

A retired Larimore High School counselor has pleaded guilty to hiring a 17-year-old girl for sex.

A retired Larimore High School counselor has pleaded guilty to hiring a 17-year-old girl for sex.

60-year-old Michael Delmore was sentenced to 15 days in jail and placed on probation for one year after pleading guilty to three misdemeanor charges. He must also pay $750 in court fees and fines. Delmore was a customer of two men and a woman who prostituted the girl in what police call a 'sex ring' in Grand Forks last year. Delmore was a high school counselor in Larimore for more than 20 years.
