The North Dakota Highway Patrol busted two people with thirty pounds of marijuana in Bismarck.

A trooper stopped a speeding car on I-94 and became suspicious. 20-year-old Kelsey Paulson of Albert Lea, MN and her 22-year-old passenger, Robert Kennedy of Duluth, MN got caught with the thirty pounds of marijuana in two duffel bags and a suitcase after giving the trooper permission to search the car. Paulson is charged with conspiracy to deliver marijuana in excess of 500 grams. Kennedy is charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver in excess of 500 grams.
