Spirit Lake tribal leaders say they're working on bringing in new resources for its struggling child protective services.
Two and a half months after the Bureau of Indian Affairs took over the program, it has left the tribe in charge of some programs. Social Services director Mark Little Owl says one of this biggest obstacles in his job is knowing what resources are available for tribal members. Adam Ladwig reports.
