A Crookston man accused of murdering a Thief River Falls woman is facing new charges that could put him in prison for life if convicted.
A Crookston man accused of murdering a Thief River Falls woman is facing new charges that could put him in prison for life if convicted.
32-year-old Jedidiah Troxel is accused of killing 40-year-old Tanya Kazmierczak. A grand jury increased charges from 2nd degree murder to three counts of first-degree murder involving criminal sexual conduct. A conviction on any of the counts carries a mandatory sentence of life in prison. Troxel remains in Pennington County Jail in Thief River Falls under a $2.5 million bond. His plea hearing will be January 7th.
