Donations fell short this year in the Salvation Army's Northern Division, which covers Minnesota and North Dakota.
The organization is $2 million short of its $15.5 million goal. Officials from the Grand Forks branch say they are thousands of dollars short of their fundraising goal as well. Kayla Strayer has more.
