Health officials are worried a spike in flu cases in Minnesota may spread to the Red River Valley.
More than 600 cases have been reported in North Dakota and that number is only expected to increase. We're about a third of the way into flu season, which in North Dakota peaks between February and March. Doctors on the east side say the number of patients with flu like symptoms has increased drastically. Grand Forks public health offers a flu shot for 37 dollars and if you can't afford that they say they're willing to work with you to help you get taken care of. Melanie Orlins has more.
