According to a new online report, North Dakota is ranked last in the United States when it comes to public education.

The website, reportcard.studentsfirst.org gives a letter grade to all 50 states. It claims North Dakota's education policies don't prioritize good teaching and that it trails most of the country when it comes to adopting critical education reforms. Along with North Dakota, South Dakota, Alabama and California also received F's. The Grand Forks School District declined to comment.
