New Council Members Sworn In
The new East Grand Forks City Council was sworn in this evening and for three members, it was their first time representing the east side, some following in the footsteps of their fathers.
Mayor Stauss congratulated new members for winning their seats and he, as well as the rest of the council, stressed the need to have an open door policy in order to avoid the friction that the previous council dealt with. Melanie Orlins has more.
