A Humboldt, Minnesota man is in the Kittson County jail this evening on charges of criminal sexual conduct in the first degree.

A Humboldt, Minnesota man is in the Kittson County jail this evening on charges of criminal sexual conduct in the first degree.
44-year-old Richard Warrick Gatheridge was arrested on a felony warrant. The charges each carry a maximum sentence of 30 years imprisonment or a $40,000 fine, or both. Gatheridge also faces two counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the second degree. He is expected to have his first court appearance in Hallock tomorrow.
