Devils Lake Man Pleads Guilty to Beating Man

A Devils Lake man plead guilty Monday to striking, beating and wounding another man.

Court Documents say 32-year-old Zev Boyd Rush followed a man into his home on the spirit lake reservation and assaulted him with a metal collapsible baton. The victim had multiple contusions. Rush could spend up to six months in prison. His sentencing is set for April.
