Grand Forks leaders are discussing property tax relief -- something they want to see from the state, but at a happy medium. The state passed more than $750 million in property tax relief in the past three sessions, and more bills are proposed.
City leaders say property tax relief is certainly a good thing for residents, but they want to make sure cities can provide relief and still stay in the black. Kayla Strayer has more.
