Grand Forks Students Learn About Fitness, Healthcare Jobs at Career Forum
Grand Forks high school students interested in fitness and health careers learned from professionals in those fields today. Nearly 30 students from Central and Red River High Schools took part in the Career Forum at Choice Health and Fitness.
Grand Forks high school students interested in fitness and health careers learned from professionals in those fields today. Nearly 30 students from Central and Red River High Schools took part in the Career Forum at Choice Health and Fitness.
Students learn about the education they need to enter fields like physical therapy, fitness instruction and dietetics. Those who already work in the fields say it's good for students to see first-hand what they do. Around ten career forums are held each year with around 500 students job shadowing within the Grand Forks area.
