Ammunition Sales Skyrocket in Anticipation of New Legislation

This is a good time to be an ammunition maker. Sales of certain types of bullets are at a all-time high as demand increases.

Gun owners are buying up what they can over speculation of future restrictions on guns and ammunition. Sales of assault rifles are up, so it might only make sense that the bullets used in them would to do the same. .223 caliber ammunition is in short supply at many retailers. Grand Forks County sheriff Bob Rost says there might be a certain panic among gun owners, and they need to stock up. And that is what their department did as well.
