Lemen, Shinholser Plead Guilty in Badger, MN Murder Case

Jeremy Lemen and Desiree Shinholser pled guilty February 13th in Roseau County District Court to charges stemming from the death of John Currier in Badger, Minnesota on October 5th, 2012.

Jeremy Lemen and Desiree Shinholser pled guilty February 13th in Roseau County District Court to charges stemming from the death of John Currier in Badger, Minnesota on October 5th, 2012.

Lemen pled guilty to second-degree murder and faces a possible maximum sentence of 40 years in prison. Shinholser pled guilty to aiding and abetting murder and faces a minimum sentence of 200 months in prison. Sentencing hearings will take place March 18th at 10:30 a.m.
