37-year-old Fulton Merrick, Jr., 32-year-old Garrick Mini, and 44-year-old Rayone Sherman all pleaded guilty to distributing meth on the reservation. The charge of distribution of a controlled substance carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison. Sentencing for all defendants is May 9th in Grand Forks.
