With the windchill hovering near negative 25 Wednesday morning many struggled just to start their cars, not to mention those who had to spend the frigid day working outside.
Construction workers, car dealership employess and UND students all braved the cold to reach their appointments today. For those who must be out in the cold for long periods of time, doctors say to use common sense -- dress properly and take frequent indoor breaks.
