Head-On Crash Kills Teen Near Fertile
A head-on collision on Minnesota Highway 32 killed a teenage boy from Fertile Tuesday afternoon, the State Patrol said. Cody W. A head-on collision on Minnesota Highway 32 killed a teenage boy from Fertile Tuesday afternoon, the State Patrol said.
Cody W. Christianson, 16, was southbound in Mitsubishi Montero Sport when the SUV crossed the centerline and crashed into a Freightliner semi, the patrol said.
The accident occurred at around 3 p.m. 10 miles north of Fertile.
The driver of the semi, Brian L. Doehling, 39, Hector, Minn., was not injured.
