A North Dakota House Democrat is in hot water over her use of social media. Representative Jessica Haak was tweeting about the debate on funding private schools during the floor session Wednesday afternoon.

Later she tweeted Majority Leader Al Carlson instructed her to tweet things happening on the floor. She then called him a nazi in her tweet. Haak has since put an apology on her twitter account. She says, "The term I used in a previous post is often thrown around carelessly. I regret my error and apologize to Majority Leader Al Carlson." Representative Carlson says he is meeting with Representative Haak. He says her tweet violates the rules of conduct in the House and was over the line. Democratic leader, Kenton Onstad says Haak's behavior was not right.
