Grand Forks Police Arrest Man After Chase
Grand Forks law enforcement arrested a man that led them on a foot chase Friday afternoon.

Grand Forks law enforcement arrested a man that led them on a foot chase Friday afternoon.
Michael Schiebe entered the Grand Forks courthouse around 2:30 with an outstanding warrant both in Fargo and Grand Forks. A deputy approached Schiebe and he ran out the front door and down the 400 block of south 5th street. Schiebe changed clothes before he opened a basement door and hid inside. When law enforcement were directed to the basement, Scheibe came out without incident.
