A Fort Totten Man plead guilty to involuntary manslaughter in connection to a drunk driving accident on the Spirit Lake reservation. The accident happened on March 12th, 2012.
36-year-old Louis Dunn was driving under the influence when he drove into oncoming traffic and struck a vehicle driven by 71-year-old Andrew Greywater.
Greywater died from injuries received in the crash. Dunn faces a maximum of eight years in prison for the manslaughter charge. He will be sentenced on May 29th in US district court in Fargo.
