GF Daycare Provider Sentenced For Shaking Baby
A Grand Forks daycare provider accused of shaking a 4-month-old boy and causing head injuries has been sentenced.

A Grand Forks daycare provider accused of shaking a 4 mont old boy and causing head injuries has been sentenced.
Police say 27-year-old Marsha Brouillet told an officer she shook the boy without supporting his head during a moment of frusteration last March. The boy suffered a seizure the next day.
Brouillet was sentenced today and will spend 3 months in jail and will be on supervised probation for 3 years.
She will also have to register as an offender against children.
