Today there's special election in Michigan, North Dakota, where voters will choose a new mayor. The town has been without a permanent mayor since Bernie Linstad resigned in November after controversy erupted over a water billing issue.
Opinions are still divided over the previous Michigan mayor, who resigned over a dispute stemming from a $35 water bill. Locals all agree that it's time to move on from the controversy. Adam Ladwig has more.
