Devils Lake Ice House Removal Deadline Tonight
Anglers with ice houses still on North Dakota lakes should have a busy evening ahead of them. The statewide deadline to take permanent ice houses off of lakes is midnight this Friday night.
Anglers with ice houses still on North Dakota lakes should have a busy evening ahead of them. The statewide deadline to take permanent ice houses off of lakes is midnight this Friday night.
The deadline doesn't mean ice fishing season is over though.
Anglers can still take temporary houses on the ice, They just have to remove them nightly. Fishing experts in Devils Lake say ice in the area should be strong enough to support pickups through the end of March.
