Lancaster Man Enters Plea on Soliciting Charge

A Lancaster man has pleaded not guilty to soliciting a young girl for sex.
48-year-old Dean Lyberg has been charged with Solicitation of a child to engage in sexual conduct.
The Kittson County Sheriff's Department says a family member of the girl filed a complaint with them on December 7th.
Lyberg made his first appearance in court today and was released on his own recognizance
Lyberg faces up to 3 years in prison and a 5-thousand dollar fine if convicted.
He will be back in court in March.
