20th Annual ArtWise Program Kicks Off

The 20th annual ArtWise Elementary Kids Art Show kicks off today. The event, held in the Alerus Center ballroom, features nearly 4,000 pieces of art made by students in elementary schools in Grand Forks and the surrounding area.

The 20th annual ArtWise Elementary Kids Art Show kicks off today. The event, held in the Alerus Center ballroom, features nearly 4,000 pieces of art made by students in elementary schools in Grand Forks and the surrounding area. There will also be live performances, demonstrating artists and make-and-take art stations. Kids can create their own artwork at different stations throughout the ballroom with a variety of themes. ArtWise runs through Thursday and will be open from 4 to 8 p.m. daily. Admission is free.
