FARGO, N.D. (AP) - The body of a North Dakota National Guard
soldier who died in Kosovo of apparent natural causes is arriving
home in Fargo on Thursday afternoon.
The Guard says visitation is planned at a local funeral home
Thursday evening for Sgt. Terry Rishling, who died Feb. 10 at a
hospital at Camp Bondsteel after falling ill.
About 650 North Dakotans are part of a peacekeeping force in
Kosovo. The 38-year-old Rishling was a team leader for Third Squad,
Third Platoon of the Valley City-based 231st Maneuver Task Force. A
memorial service was held Monday in Kosovo.
