Ground broken for $300 million diesel refinery

After a year of discussions, Gov. Jack Dalrymple broke ground today on 300 million dollar diesel refinery that will create new jobs in North Dakota.

After a year of discussions, Gov. Jack Dalrymple broke ground today on 300 million dollar diesel refinery that will create new jobs in North Dakota.

The new refinery two miles west of Dickinson will be capable of processing 20,000 barrels of Bakken crude oil per day. The plant is expected to employ about 100 workers and begin operating by late 2014. Hiring will begin during construction this year.
