The North Dakota House has approved a bill to remove stun guns from the list of dangerous weapons.

It is currently illegal to carry a stun gun unless you have a concealed weapons permit. The bill says a stun gun or device that uses direct contact to deliver voltage for the defense of an individual is not considered a dangerous weapon. The bill passed unanimously.
