JAMESTOWN, N.D. (AP) — A Rogers man has pleaded not guilty to possessing 12 pounds of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school in Jamestown.

Fifty-one-year-old Charles Kettle allegedly brought the drugs from California. He faces a felony charge that carries a maximum punishment upon conviction of 20 years in prison.

Police Chief Scott Edinger says the bust is one of the biggest in recent history in the city.
