A University of North Dakota student is accused of kicking a Fargo police officer in the face and kicking out a squad car window.

22-year-old Abram Griffiths of Duluth faces simple assault of a peace officer and criminal mischief charges.

Police responded to an unresponsive man at the Holiday Inn in Fargo around 12:45 this morning.
