The star of TLC's "Little People, Big World" show made a stop at UND tonight with a message of perseverance.
Matt Roloff and his family have been reality TV stars for nearly ten years. He spoke as part of UND's "Tunnel of Oppression" series, which challenges students to welcome differences in appearance and opinion. Roloff and his wife Amy are little people who say they've always had to work a little harder to fit in.
Matt: "...A message of acceptance and resiliency and talking about plowing through when the going gets tough, the tough get going. That's an important message for anybody to hear at any point in their life."
Roloff says his show will tape through the summer, with new episodes set for fall.
