The effects of the lawsuit filed by the adult-themed store "fantasys" are being felt as the definition of "adult-themed" was repealed.

The East Grand Forks planning and zoning committee met today. City attorney Ron Galstad has admitted the current definition is vague and wouldn't hold up in court. The committee decided to repeal the definition until a new one can be drafted. When asked whether or not the new definition would mean the relocation of the already established "fantasys" store no one at the meeting could say for sure.

Scott Huizenga, City Administrator: "Any potential changes they would make to their store, their inventory, their sales volume, all could potentially have an impact on how they're zoned."

The committee is hoping to have a new definition drafted in six months.
