Sexually Transmitted Diseases have reached a record high in Minnesota, with some cases up more than 35 percent. Since college students are among the most at risk for STDs, we spoke with health officials and students at the University of Minnesota Crookston today who say they're kicking off a campaign to help lower the statistics.
