Residents in Crystal, North Dakota say they're dealing with the worst flooding they've seen since 2004.

Water levels rose to about 15 feet, flooding the roads on the west side of town. The Crystal fire department called on the Hoople Fire Department for help. There were about 100 volunteers deploying sandbags over the weekend to keep about eight houses, some farms and the school dry from rising water. At least one house sustained some water damage in the basement. Since then, water levels have dropped about three feet.
