The North Dakota Senate rejected a tax cut proposal today.
Senators defeated a $352 million income and corporate tax cut package, one day after the House approved the bill. The two chambers have disagreed all session on what the right balance of tax relief is. There was little debate before the Senate voted to defeat the bill 35-12. Another bill that's still alive includes $250 million in income and corporate tax relief.
