An East Grand Forks man has been charged with luring a minor by computer. The charges come after a missing 14-year-old Grand Forks girl was found in his apartment.

The girl was returned safely to her mother last (Thursday) night. She was reported missing Sunday night. 20-year-old Jeremy Spencer Woolsey from East Grand Forks faces two different charges. The first is a felony charge of luring a minor by computer or electronic means. The second is a controlled substance crime which is the sale of marijuana to person under the age of 18. Woolsey is being held in the Polk County jail in Crookston.

Because this case is still under investigation and the victim is a minor police are releasing few details, but say this underscores the reasons parents should keep close tabs to what their children are doing online.
