20-year-old Jermaine Jones faced 20 years to life in prison for his gross sexual imposition conviction. Judge Wick Corwin says he opted for the lesser sentence because of Jones' age, because the girls claimed to be considerably older and because he had no criminal record. He'll be on supervised probation for five years following his release and will be required to register as a sex offender.
