Two arrested for human traficking in Bismarck

Bismarck Police arrest two men for human trafficking, and one of them is a sports writer for a North Dakota paper. Police arrested Aaron Collins and Bobby Abplanalp Wednesday night -- the two are charged with attempted human trafficking.

It carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison. Bond is set at 50,000 dollars for each man. Authorities say the men each arranged to meet a person who was under 18 years old and pay them for sex. Abplanalp, who is originally from Utah is the sports editor at The Dickinson Press. The Press is owned by Forum Communications Co., which also owns Forum News Service. He started with the paper in May.
