Middle school students take on health career education

Middle school students are getting some hands-on experience in the medical field. 56 young people from around North Dakota are participating in the third annual R-COOL-Health Scrubs Academy.

Middle school students are getting some hands-on experience in the medical field. 56 young people from around North Dakota are participating in the third annual R-COOL-Health Scrubs Academy.

The four-day camp started yesterday and is taking place on the UND campus. Camp organizers are hoping to raise awareness of variety of medical jobs available. Local health care professionals are providing presentations to the students.
