After a four hour deliberation, Cody Boulduc, Nathan Ratliff and Allen Ratliff, the three men charged in a Grand Forks home invasion, have been found guilty by a jury on all counts Tuesday evening.

The charges of burglary, robbery, aggravated assault, theft and felonious restraint stem from an April 30th, 2012 incident in which the suspects were reported to have broken into the home of Sherman and Carmen Jones, then tied up and beat them and finally stole various items like prescription drugs and tvs.

The defense declined to comment but the state said it thought the jury considered the evidence in a very complex case. The men are being held without bond pending sentencing. A date for the sentencing hearing has not yet been set.
