A North Dakota state senator from Park River says he's contemplating his political future after an alcohol-related arrest.

Joe Miller has been a state senator since 2009. On June 21st he was arrested and cited for DUI, speeding and having an open container. The 30-year-old state senator refused to be on camera, but he did connect with us by phone. These charges aren't his first run-in with the law.
